Shipping policy

Our shipping rates are calculated automatically on a per order basis according to the specific products you have selected and the location of your shipping address. Due to the fact that many of our products are custom ordered on demand and sourced from vendors with facilities in various locations, our shipping rates and speeds are not guaranteed by URTHA EcoShop and are subject to change at any time. If your order contains products from 2 or more of our vendors, it is very likely that items from your order may ship separately. In that case, you may be provided with multiple tracking numbers for the items once they have been processed and have been confirmed shipped.
